- Our team will meet with you at our office to understand your project and provide you a free consultation on the potential problems and solutions to your project. At the end of our meeting, we will also provide you a strategy to resolve your problems.
- After the initial meeting, our team will visit the project site to perform a more detail review and analysis of your project and provide even more insight to your project and will provide you better strategic solution to solve your problems.
- Once we visited the site, we will commence the work and coordinate the entire project with the City Officials. We will meet and negotiate with the City Officials on behalf of you to get you the best chance of permit approval and we will also work with you all the way. This is also the stage where our team will prepare detail professional drawings, working with our Engineers, Surveyors (if required), Designers, Code checkers and the City technical team to finalize the drawings and specifications and getting them ready for submission.
- Once we have completed the work and you approved the work, we will submit the permit applications and materials and meet with the City Officials.
- We will monitor the entire permit review process. Once the City of Edmonton have approved your development, we will deliver the approved permit documents to you personally.
We will assist and guide you through the entire permit process and provide you with strategies to resolve any non-conforming or non-compliance matters for your development.
